Been a couple weeks but I haven't posted it yet, might as well show you what these bastards can do.

I was headed to work down IN 62, where it is a four lane divided road with open access. So not a real highway. Speed limit 55, which I was doing there or abouts.

The fucker came out of the corn and brush low and fast. No time or opportunity for an evasive action, I just hit and killed his ass and kept on motoring.

Here is what a coyote does to the foglight assembly of a Mazda3. Also notice the bumper assembly to the fender was popped out.

I called the insurance company, and apparently this is why I pay extra for comprehensive with that company with "farm" in the name: no deductible. I would fix it myself but everything in there that attaches the foglight assembly is blown to shit too.

Will be a couple weeks for the fix, I am headed out of town on the honeymoon with my Mustang GT driving lady. When I get back I will have a review on the rental car, which will be properly flogged.

Over time I have also lost the 2. part of the side badge. I am convinced this makes it faster.
